Locally, LGBT-charity-wise, I know for sure there is the LGBT Youth Line and the 519 Church St Community Centre. There is also the Ten Oaks Project (http://www.camptenoaks.org/), which is AWESOME, and local chapters of big orgs like Planned Parenthood, etc.
